Francisco has extensive experience in wealth management and private banking, with a focus on managing the assets of high-net-worth clients and leading sales teams. He served as Business Manager at Quest Capital, where he led initiatives aimed at expanding the client portfolio and optimizing financial services.

Previously, he served as Director of Wealth Management at Credicorp Capital, where he led the team and developed investment strategies for high-net-worth clients. Before that, he held the position of Executive Director at UBS AG in Switzerland. He also served as Manager at IM Trust and later at Credicorp Capital, further strengthening his expertise in financial advisory and client relationship management.

Francisco holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Finis Terrae University and has participated in executive programs in England and Switzerland.
